External billing is the process of billing customers, partners, and other external parties for the labor, material, equipment costs and expenses associated with a project. It also involves approving billed costs and printing invoices.
You can access the external billing from the External Billing menu.
To charge departments for the costs of projects, services, and other investments, you can process chargebacks.
