Starting and Terminating Assign Incidents Process

Starting the Process

Once the Assign Incidents process has been validated and is active, it can be started from the Incident: Processes page. An instance of the Assign Incidents process is created automatically each time an incident is submitted for approval.

Terminating the Process

The Assign Incident process terminates when the Resolution Verification step is complete.
