The Assign Incidents process is an incident approval process and is used by process administrators to manage the assignment, review, and completion of incidents. By default, this process is not active. It must be activated by a process administrator from the Administration Tool before it can be started. This process starts automatically when an incident is logged by a requestor and can be customized with additional business rules and approvals by a process administrator.
