You can view a list of incidents to which you have rights to view on the Incident List page. Click one of the following tabs on the Incident List page to view incidents that are assigned to you, reported by you, or reported by others.
Displays a list of incidents to which you have been assigned. This tab displays for IT workers by default when viewing the Incident List page. This tab also displays for requestors when one or more incidents are assigned to the requestor. This list also includes any incidents that have been reported by you. This tab appears if you have been assigned an incident or if you have the Incidents - Manage Category Incidents access right for at least one incident category.
You can specify how you are notified of new incidents or of incidents that have been assigned to you. These account settings are handled on the Account Settings: Notifications page.

Displays a list of incidents that you reported. This tab displays for requestors and IT managers. This list also includes any incidents that have been assigned to you.
Displays a list of incidents reported by other resources. This list includes incidents mapped to incident categories to which you have access rights, either directly or by your association to a group. This list also includes any incidents that have been assigned to you and that have been reported by you.
This tab only appears if you have either the Incidents - Create/Edit - All access right or the Incidents - Manage Category Incidents access right for incidents belonging to incident categories to which you have access rights.
