Activate Agency Records

You can only associate active agencies with contracts. By default, when you create a new agency, the agency is active. If an agency is inactive, you can reactivate it at any time.

To activate an agency record

1. Open the agency record.

   The Agency: Properties page appears.

2. Select the check box next to the Active field, and click Submit.

   The agency is active.
