Assign Instance-level Access Rights to Groups

Instance-level access rights control access to object instances. Use the following procedure to enable access to object instances for a group of resources.

To assign instance-level access rights to a group

1. Select Groups from the Organization and Access menu.

   The Groups page appears.

2. Click the name of the group to which you want to assign instance-level access rights.

   The Group: Properties page appears.

3. Click Instance from the Group's Access Rights section of the content menu.
4. Click Add.
5. Select an object for which you want to assign access rights.
6. Click Next.
7. Select the desired access right, and click Add.
8. Select the instance, and click Add.
9. Click Yes to confirm.
10. Click Exit.
