The Project Document Review portlet displays project documents, including links to the documents and folder locations. Use this portlet to review documents for specific projects or across projects by filtering on OBS or project manager. From this portlet, you can open documents directly from the portlet to view them or navigate to the folder containing the document to perform other actions.
The following fields display on this portlet:
Displays the project name. Click a project name to view the properties page of the project.
Displays the project manager.
Displays an icon that links to the folder location of the document.
Displays the document name. Click on the document link to open the document.
Displays a stoplight that indicates the status of the document.
Displays the document category.
Displays the document owner.
Displays the date the document was created.
Displays the date the document was last updated.
Displays the version number of the document.
Displays the last revision comments entered for the document.
