In CA Clarity PPM, the job populates the following fields on the Agile and Requirements subpage:
In CA Clarity Agile, the job replaces the release start date and release date with the CA Clarity PPM project start and end dates.
Note: The Product Sync job reports a Failed status even if one of the many projects fail. The Failed status notifies the administrator that there is at least one project that needs attention. This status does not necessarily mean that all projects have failed. Refer to the sync job log page in CA Clarity PPM to determine which projects need attention and why.
