The queries that you have saved are stored under the Queries navigation pane in the tree view. The Queries navigation pane includes Public and Private tabs. The Public tab contains queries that all users can view but only the author of the query can edit and delete. The Private tab displays queries that only the author of the query can view, edit, and delete.
Follow these steps:
All the saved queries are listed below the drop-down list.
Note: Hover over a query name to view its path, timestamp, and description.
Note: Filter queries by name to find the ones that you have saved. Filter the queries using the search box, which is located below the drop-down list. The filter action begins after you enter the first character. To clear the search contents, click the X icon on the search box.
The Data pane displays the result of the selected query. The search panel displays the filter criteria.
To edit a query, select the query from the Public or Private tab and change the filter criteria. After changing the filter criteria, you can run the query. Save the query with a new name if you do not want to overwrite the old query.
Example: Editing a Query
You may have created and saved a complex query to retrieve your critical information. Your query has seven lines of filter criteria. If you want to remove the last two lines to retrieve a new result, you can edit and run the query.
