Configure the global configuration to specify CA Compliance Manager settings.
Follow these steps:
The Policy Administrator UI opens.
The tree expands to show the folders.
The Configuration window opens.
The service desk settings are set.
The change control setting is set.
Note: Using SSL for alerts is optional. Your environment must be configured before you can use this option. For more information about enabling SSL, see the CA Chorus for Security and Compliance Management Site Preparation Guide.
The Chorus Alerts are configured.
Weekends and weekdays are defined.
The default settings for WTO are specified.
A confirmation message appears.
