Model Versions do not Open in the Same Instance

Suppose that two versions of a Mart model are opened in the same instance of CA ERwin DM and the changes are imported from one version to another. Whether the models are saved and closed or closed without saving, if the same model is opened again, it does not open. However, other models open properly.
