Contact CA Customer Care and Get the License

Contact CA Customer Care by telephone or the web licensing form with your License Server MAC address to receive your license files. After you receive license files, copy them to a folder on the License Server.

Note: To get the MAC address, on the License Server, open the Windows command prompt and type IPCONFIG /ALL, or, log on to CA ERwin License Administrator and click the System Information tab.
