Configure CA ERwin DM to Use a Concurrent License

When you first open CA ERwin DM, the Community Edition opens. If you have purchased an entitlement for a different edition, provide the details of the license to use that edition.

Note: Before you start this procedure, get the hostname and the port number of the License Server designated for CA ERwin DM.

Follow these steps:

1. Open CA ERwin DM.

   The CA ERwin DM Community Edition opens.

2. Click Help, Licensing.

   The Licensing dialog appears displaying the MAC addresses discovered on your computer.

3. Enter the path for your License Server in the Server Path field in the port@hostname format. Click Close.

   Example: 2700@remotecomp1

4. Close CA ERwin DM.

   You have configured CA ERwin DM to use a concurrent license.
