Delete a Column

During modeling activities, it may necessary to delete a column from a table.

To delete a column

1. Click Columns on the Model menu.

   The Columns dialog opens.

2. Select the table from the Table list that contains the column you want to delete, select the column to delete, and click the Delete button.

   The deleted column is removed from the Column list.

3. Click OK.

   The Columns dialog closes and the column you deleted no longer displays in the table on the diagram or in the Model Explorer.
