Delete a User Group

User groups are deleted from their User Group Details page. Deleting a user group does not delete the individual users in the group from CA Business Service Insight.

Follow these steps:

1. In the User Groups page, perform a search to display the required user group in the search results area.
2. Click next to the user group you want to delete and select Delete.

   A confirmation dialog box opens.

3. Click Yes.

   The user group is deleted.
