Input Toolbar

The Input toolbar allows you to edit the structure of the Input table that contains the data that is retrieved from a data source. Initial data filtering and data manipulations are performed in this section by using the validation and compound fields respectively.

In the Input toolbar:

  1. Click Add input field button to add an input field. For more information, see Adding Input Fields.
  2. Click Edit input field button to edit the input field. For more information, see Adding Input Fields.
  3. Click Delete input field button to delete an input field.
  4. Click Move the selected row up button to move the selected row up.
  5. Click Move the selected row down button to move the selected row down.
  6. Click Input validation button to perform quality checks for the input data or to perform initial filtering of the input. For more information, see Input Validation.
  7. Click Rename input table button to rename the input table.
