You can use a restore action on a resource or resource group which updates the resource or resource group back to a specific date. This means that all dates that exist beyond a specific chosen date are deleted. The restore action is irreversible and a recalculation of all affected metrics is performed after it. When a selected date is not within the resource's dates, the resource restores to the nearest existing preceding date for that resource. Therefore, all existing dates that follow the selected date are deleted.
To restore a resource or resource group to a specific date
next to the resource or resource group name and select Restore.
A confirmation dialog opens.
The Restore page opens.
