Copy a Timeslot Template

You can copy a timeslot template to a contract or contract template.

To copy a timeslot template

1. In the Timeslot Templates page, click and select:
   • Copy to a Contract Template to copy the timeslot template to a contract template
   • Copy to Contract to copy the timeslot template to a contract

   The Select Contract or Select Contract Template dialog box opens according to your selection.

   Note: The list of contracts is displayed per contract party. Expand the contract party to view its contracts.

   Note: If the user does not have access to contracts or contract parties (in the User Details page), the Select Contract or Select Contract Template dialog box is displayed indicating that there are no available contracts or contract templates in the system.

2. Select the contract template or contract to which you want to copy the timeslot template.
3. Click OK.

   The Timeslot Details page opens.

4. Modify the timeslot as required and click Save.

   The timeslot template is copied to the target contract or contract template and the Timeslot Templates page opens.
