Search for Issued Alerts

By default, the Alerts page displays a list of all the Critical, Major alerts and Minor alerts that you own. The number of alerts for each severity level opens above the list.

Alerts are displayed according to severity, with alerts defined as Critical listed first. Within each severity, alerts are listed chronologically, with the latest alert listed first. The severity and the approval status of the alert are listed next to the name of the alert. To shorten the list, use the search procedure described in this section.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Alerts page, enter the search criteria, as required.
2. Click Search.

   The results are displayed below the search area.

You can facilitate your search by:

• Searching for all alerts beginning with a particular letter by clicking that letter from the displayed alphabet.
• Using the drop-down lists to see available types, severities and devices.
• You can also use wildcards to facilitate your search.
