Save a Contract Template's Metrics as a Service Level Template

Metrics from a contract template can be saved as a Service Level Template for convenient reuse.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Contract Templates page, click next to the desired contract template and select Save Metrics as Service Level Template.

   The Service Level Templates Details page opens.

2. Type a name for the Service Level Template.

   Note: By default, the name of the contract template is the name of the Service Level Template. If an existing Service Level Template has the same name as an existing Service Level Template, the Service Level Template must be renamed.

3. Enter a description for the Service Level Template.
4. Select the services to be included in the Service Level Template.

   Note: If the service that you want to add is not included in the list of available services, you can add it. For more information, see Adding a Service.

5. Click Apply.
6. Modify parameters in all tabs as necessary.
7. Click Save.

   The Service Level Template is created and added to the search results grid.
