View Metric Timeslot Details

Each metric created in a Service Level Template is setup with a timeslot period. You can view the details of the timeslot period set for a specific metric.

Follow these steps:

  1. In the Service Level Template page, click Open Metrics button next to the Service Level Template you want to use.

    The Service Level Template Details page All Metrics tab opens.

  2. Click next to the metric you for which you want to view timeslot details and select View Timeslot.

    The Timeslot Details page opens showing the details of the timeslot period set for that metric.

  3. Click Done.

    The Service Level Template Details page All Metrics tab opens.
