You can launch the document or link that is designated as Favorite Attachment directly from the Service Level Templates page. Launching is performed according to the document type (i.e. export document is generated, standard document is opened and hyperlink is opened in the browser).
Follow these steps:
In the Service Level Templates page, click 
next to the Service Level Template for which you want to launch the attachment and select Launch Favorite Attachment. The designated attachment is launched.
Note: If no attachment is designated as a favorite, a notification message opens.
