Notes

You can view the notes for an entity.

Follow these steps:

  1. Right click on the widget (or click on the widget's menu) and select Notes.

    OR

  2. Double click on the Note icon (Dashboard-Note icon or Dashboard-New note icon).

    The Notes page opens.

    The list of entity notes displays in a table. The user can select the columns that are displayed (the settings affect all dashboard entities viewed by this user). The user can sort the list by any of the displayed columns. By default, the list is sorted by the date/time the note was entered, so that the most recent note appears at the uppermost row.

    The user can refresh the list, so as to have the most up to date list at any time.

    The user can select to show breach-root-cause comments in the note.

  3. Click on a note to view its details. These details include the following fields:
    From

    Shows the user who entered the note

    Date

    Shows the date/time the note was entered

    Subject

    Shows the subject of the note

    Priority

    Shows the priority of the note

    Private Note

    Shows if the note is set as private
