Log Out

You can log out of CA Business Service Insight from any page.

Follow these steps:

In any page, click Logout Logout menu object. You will be logged out; the CA Business Service Insight Login page opens.

Note: The session automatically expires after a predefined idle-time interval. If your session automatically expired, you must log in again to continue.

Initial Data

CA Business Service Insight is installed with initial (seed) data. Seed Data in BSI are English strings loaded into database during the BSI setup. Seed data includes entities such as seconds, US Dollar, various templates, functions, reports, scripts, Insight Super Administrator, and all the entities in the Initial Data table.

As of version 8.2, these entities cannot be edited or otherwise modified directly. Their corresponding edit icons are disabled. Users can duplicate these units, modify them as required, and save them with another name. Initial data is localized.

This table presents a list of initial data and their locations in the GUI menu.
