Docx, Metric Notes Enhancements

Features

This release enables you to:

• Save notes from Microsoft® Word directly to the CA Business Service Insight system (database) using the enhanced docx plug-in.
• View docx metric notes in the CA Business Service Insight UI (preview notes from within the CA Business Service Insight user interface).

Note:

• Microsoft® Word 2010 must be present on your CA Business Service Insight client to use this feature.
• The CA Business Service Insight Microsoft® Word Add-in must be present to use this feature. For installation instructions, refer to the section "Installing the MS Add-in " located in the online help. See the section "Reports, Creating Booklets in Docx format".
