Duplicate a Price Item Metric

Existing price item metrics can be duplicated in the same contract. This is useful when you want to create a price item metric that requires only slight modifications from an existing price item metric.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Contracts page, select the contract whose metric is to be duplicated and click. The Contract Details-All Metrics page opens.
2. Click next to the price item metric to be duplicated and select Duplicate. The Metric Details page opens.
3. In Name, enter a new name for the price item metric.
4. Modify the fields and tabs as required. For more information, see Modifying a Metric.
5. Click Save. The new price item metric is added to the contract.

   Note: A price item metric can be duplicated from any page in which it can be viewed by right-clicking on the price item metric and selecting Duplicate.

CA Business Service Insight enables duplicating the price item metric and converting it to an Incentive metric. Right-click on the desired price item metric and select Duplicate and convert->Incentive.
