View a Price Item Metric

Details of metrics defined for a contract can be viewed by selecting the contract from the list displayed in the Contracts page. By default, the Contracts page displays the contracts in alphabetical order.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Contracts page, click next to the contract whose metric you want to view. The Contract Details page opens.
2. Click on the Financial Section tab.
3. Click next to the price item metric you want to view. The All Metrics tab General subtab opens.
4. Click each tab to view the details.
5. Click Done to return to the Contract Details page.
6. Click Edit to modify the metric while viewing it. For more information, see Editing a Price Item.
7. Click Delete to remove the metric.

CA Business Service Insight enables viewing the price item in a graphical display. Click next to the desired price item metric and select View in Service Delivery Navigator. For more information see, Contracts Navigator.

When in the Financial Section tab select the check box next to a price item metric to preview the price per unit and forecast tables.
