General Step

The General step enables to set general information about the form (name, description) and security access.

In the General step:

1. In Name, type a name for the form.
2. In Description, type a description of what the form is designed to do.
3. In Owner, select the owner of the form from the drop-down list. The owner is the only user or group that can edit the form in addition to users or groups belonging to a role that has the Own all entities permission set to Update.
4. In Permitted users, select the users and/or user groups that are permitted to view and fill-in the form.
5. Click Next. The Designer step opens.
6. Click Cancel to abort the creation process and return to the Data Loading Forms page.
