Move a Quick Metric to an Existing Contract

Once a quick metric is created, it can be used in an existing contract. This means that it needs to be moved to the specific contract's All Metrics list.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Quick Metrics page, click next to the quick metric you want to move and select Move to existing Contract.

   -OR-

   Select the quick metrics you want to move and click Move to existing Contract.

   The Select Contract window opens.

2. Select a contract from the list of contract parties.
3. Select the check box to move the report associated with the quick metric to the My Reports folder.

   Note: The report's name contains the contract and quick metric name.

4. In Override Service, select whether to attach the quick metric to a specific service or keep the original service.
5. Click OK.

   The quick metrics are moved to the specified contract under its All Metric tab and removed from the Quick Metrics page.
