Ongoing Calculations

Once a quick metric or clustered quick metric is created, it can be set to run so that the calculation engine may perform ongoing calculations on it.

To run a quick metrics or clustered quick metrics

In the Quick Metrics page click next to the quick metric or clustered quick metric you want to run and select Run. The metric is indicated as running and ready for the calculation engine to perform calculations on it.

Select the quick metrics or clustered quick metrics you want to run and click Run.

Note: When a quick metric or clustered quick metric is running editing it is not possible.

Note: A quick metric or clustered quick metric for which calculations have not been made for a period of one month, can have only a preliminary report generated for them.

When editing the quick metric or clustered quick metric is desired, you need to stop the quick metric or clustered quick metric first.

To stop a quick metric or clustered quick metric:

In the Quick Metrics page click next to the quick metric or clustered quick metric you want to stop and select Stop. The metric is indicated as running and ready for the calculation engine to perform calculations on it.

Select the quick metrics or clustered quick metrics you want to stop and click Stop.
