Delete a Contract Party

Contract parties are deleted from their Contract Party Details page. Contract parties assigned to contracts cannot be deleted.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Contract Parties page, right-click on the name of the contract party and then click Delete.

   -OR-

2. In Contract Party view, click Delete.

   The contract party is deleted from the system.
