Duplicate a Metric
Existing metrics can be duplicated and used as a template for new metrics in the same contract. This is useful when you want to create a metric that requires only slight modifications from an existing metric.
Follow these steps:
- In the Contracts page, click
next to the contract whose metric you want to duplicate and use as a template.
The Contract Details page All Metrics tab opens.
- Click
next to the metric you want to duplicate and select Duplicate.
The Metric Details page opens.
- In Name, enter a new name for the metric.
- Modify the fields if required. For more information, see Edit a metric.
- Click Save.
The new metric is added to the contract.
Note: A metric can be duplicated from any page in which it can be viewed by right-clicking on the metric and selecting Duplicate.
To duplicate a metric and convert to another metric type:
- In the Contracts page, click
next to the contract whose metric you want to duplicate and use as a template.
The Contract Details page All Metrics tab opens.
- Click
next to the metric you want to duplicate and select Duplicate and convert, <Metric Type>.
The Metric Details page opens.
- In Name, enter a new name for the metric.
- Modify the fields if required. For more information, see Edit a metric.
- Click Save.
The new metric is added to the contract.
