Create a Metric from a Service Level Template

You can create a metric from a Service Level Template.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Contract Metrics page, click Add New and then choose select from service level template.
2. Select whether you want to select metrics from contract services or all services.
3. Select the metrics from the list of service level templates. If mandatory metrics exist, click to select all of them.

   Note: Metrics are displayed by service level templates and services. Expand the service level template and service to select specific metrics from that contract. The objective statement opens per metric.

4. Click Save and Continue to save the metrics.

   The Run Metric Wizard window opens.

5. Click Continue to Wizard to modify the selected metrics.

6. Click Finish to add the metrics to the contract.

   The Contract Details, Metrics page opens, with the added metrics in the search results grid.
