Key Quality Indicator. An indicator (or score) of the aggregation of other metrics. KQI show the overall performance of a contract. KQI are mainly used with event reusability since it is usually based on the results of other metrics.
Service and Target are not mandatory.
Note: The main indicator of a contract is usually KQI.
