Edit Entities

The Contracts Navigator can be used to access the entity's Contract Party, Contract and Metric Details pages, in edit mode. These entities can be modified on the fly. Once the Edit option is selected, click Service Level Mgmt, Contracts Navigator to return to the Contracts Navigator.

Follow these steps:

1. Select an entity on the graph.
2. In Properties, click Edit or View.

   CA Business Service Insight opens in a different browser page if it’s not already open and the entity's Details page opens.

3. Modify the entity as required.
