When using the view function, a report can be generated, edited and deleted provided that you have the required permissions.
To access CA Business Service Insight:
Open your Web browser and type your CA Business Service Insight URL.
Contact your system administrator if you do not have the correct path.
Note: At scheduled intervals, prior to logging in to CA Business Service Insight, the system automatically checks that the machine that you are working on has all required components for the system to run properly. These checks include browser version, security definitions (to make sure security is set to enable client scripts), resolution, etc.
