Favorites

You can define shortcuts to common used entities, allowing you easy access from any part of the system.

To access the User Favorites page click on the Main menu.

The User Favorites page contains the user's private list of favorite objects.

The favorite objects appear in the list together with their type and name, sorted by the order in which they were added; The user can reorder the list. When clicking a favorite object the object opens in its regular view.

The user can remove an object from the list of favorites.

Objects that can be added to favorites:

Contracts, Contract Parties, Contract Party Groups, Reports, Services, Service Groups, Service Definitions, Domains, Domain Categories, Contract Templates, Resource Groups, Resources, Change Sets, Resource Types, Event Types, Adapters, Translation Tables, Translation Scripts, Catalog, Folder (in catalog), Folder (in reports), Metrics.
