Unable to Select Multiple Packages in One Request

Symptom:

CA Service Catalog does allow multiple offering requests within the same reservation.

Solution:

Due to limitation in CA Service Catalog, only one request per reservation is allowed.

To resolve this issue, limit the reservation to only one request in CA Service Catalog:

1. Log in to CA Service Catalog.
2. Click Service Builder, Configuration.

   The configuration options appear.

3. Click Request Management Configuration.

   The Request Management Configuration properties appear.

4. Click Modify against Allow Only One Service Per Request, select the check box and click Update Configuration.

   The property is updated.
