Change an Application

You can change the CPU speed, amount of memory, bandwidth limits, or the application parameters. After you submit your cart, the change requests require Approving Manager review and approval before CA Automation Suite for Clouds fulfills the request.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click Administer Application, Change Application.

    A web form opens.

  2. Complete the required form fields.

    Additional form fields populate.

  3. Modify the populated fields and remaining fields as needed.
  4. Click Add to Cart and Check Out.
  5. Review your request details, and click Save and Submit Cart.

A confirmation message displays. Your request is processed. An Approving Manager reviews your request for extension. You receive an email indicating whether your request was approved or rejected.
