A service cartridge provides more functionality to your CA Automation Suite Clouds implementation. A service cartridge is a packaged set of content that is used with one of the base models to deliver a configured cloud IT service offering. A service cartridge includes the connectors, processes, forms, and scripts that are required to deliver a service offering. Each service cartridge individually represents a service offering and is delivered as a singular unit to automate and deliver that service.
