Reason:
The filename specified for ATTACHMENT is not a fully qualified file name - (drive:\path\...\filename).
Action:
Supply a fully qualified file name for the ATTACHMENT parameter. The specified attachment must be accessible from the Notification Server issuing the SENDMAIL command.
