Reason:
The notification server could not load the WCTP proxy information previously entered in the 2-Way Paging Setup dialog. This information has either become corrupt or the data file used to store this information has been deleted.
Action:
Re-enter the WCTP proxy information using the 2-Way Paging Setup dialog of Configuration Manager.
