Reason:
The system was unable to dynamically load the CA NSM Event Management DLL.
Action:
Confirm that the CA NSM Event Manager or the CA Common Services has been installed on the same workstation as CA Automation Point. Also confirm that the CA NSM BIN directory is in your PATH environmental variable.
