Reason:
The remote client tried unsuccessfully to communicate with CA Automation Point on the specified host.
The remote operations manager (AXCMGRIP), which controls the communication between CA Automation Point and the text-only interface, is not running.
This message appears on the remote (client) workstation. Someone at the host site (on the workstation running CA Automation Point) must perform the action required to correct the problem.
Action:
Start the AXCMGRIP service.
Note: Enter the path (drive and directory) where CA Automation Point resides. Verify that the CA Automation Point remote operations option is properly installed.
