Reason:
CA NSM Event Manager on the CA NSM host named HostName, which is being monitored by the CA Automation Point Event Traffic Controller, has not responded, and is assumed to be unavailable.
Action:
Search the ASOTRACE log for more detailed diagnostics. Restart Event Manager, if it is not already running.
