Creating a Database User

Create a user with the following criteria:

1. Create a user (recommended name is arcotuser), with a schema in the new database arcotdb.
2. Grant the user the following privileges:
   • CREATE TABLE
   • CREATE INDEX
   • CREATE SEQUENCE
   • CREATE PROCEDURE
   • CREATE SESSION
   • DML PRIVILEGES
   • CONNECT PRIVILEGES
   • ALTER TABLE
   • Additional privileges for upgrade only:
     • CREATE TABLESPACE (with AUTORESIZE = yes)
   • Additional privileges for working with reports:
     • DROP TABLESPACE
