Uninstalling on Microsoft Windows

To uninstall ArcotID OTP Desktop Client on Microsoft Windows:

1. Access the uninstaller file by using any of the following methods:
   • Navigate to Start, Programs, CA ArcotID OTP Desktop Client, and then Uninstall CA ArcotID OTP Desktop Client.

     or

   • Based on the operating system version that you are using, navigate to the install location. See Directory Structure for more information on the default install location.

   The pop-up dialog appears to confirm uninstallation.

2. Click Yes to proceed with the uninstallation.

   After successful uninstallation, the "Uninstallation completed" message appears.
