ArcotID PKI Authentication

The ArcotID PKI authentication process begins when a user connects to a Web page that requires authentication. The ArcotID PKI authentication process is done in the following steps:

The ArcotID PKI Client collects the user password for ArcotID PKI to access the application or the resource that is protected by CA AuthMinder. An ATM GUI is provided to collect the ArcotID PKI password. The password can either be entered by using keyboard or the pin-pad. See "Issuer Preferences" for more information on the PIN input method.
