WebSphere Application Server 관리 콘솔에 SIB 서비스가 설정되어 있는지 확인하십시오.

Enable service at server startup(서버 시작 시 서비스 사용) 확인란이 선택되어 있어야 합니다. 다음 위치의 sib-service.xml에서도 확인할 수 있습니다.

WebSphere Application Server 관리 콘솔의 "Runtime"(런타임) 탭에서 SIB 메트릭을 수동으로 설정한 경우, "Persist my changes"(내 변경 내용 유지) 확인란을 선택해야 합니다. 이 확인란을 선택하지 않으면 제품을 다시 시작할 때 PMI 설정 변경 내용이 유지되지 않습니다.
- 제품을 다시 시작할 때 이 확인란의 선택 표시는 지워지지만 메트릭 목록은 유지되며, 설정된 경우 확인할 수 있습니다.
- PMI 카운터가 설정되어 있는지 여부는 다음 위치에 있는 pmi-config.xml에서 확인할 수 있습니다

이전 버전의 CA APM for IBM WebSphere Application Server Distributed에서 업그레이드하려면 IntroscopeCustomService를 비활성화하고 PowerPackCustomService를 활성화합니다. 다음과 같은 확인 작업을 수행하십시오.

이 항목은 다음 위치에 있는 server.xml에 있습니다.

이 항목은 서로 다른 형식으로 표시됩니다. 확장의 이전 버전(Introscope 서비스)의 항목은 기울임꼴로 강조 표시되고, 사용자 지정 서비스의 항목은 굵게 강조 표시됩니다. 이전 항목은 이전 버전의 CA APM for IBM WebSphere Application Server Distributed를 사용하는 경우에만 표시됩니다.
