如果公司提供了呼叫中心服务，可通过为每个应用程序功能设置一个 URL 组来监控功能区域的响应时间。如果客户通过以下 URL 访问服务：

http://genesystems/us/application_function/

其中，application_function 对应于应用程序（如 OrderEntry、AcctService 和 Support），每个 URL 组的 pathprefix 属性用于指定相应的 application_function。

注意：您可以在 pathprefix 属性中使用星号 (*) 作为通配符。
